At
Double-Edged
Entertainment, we believe that our culture can be
impacted for good by inspiring and challenging stories of faith. Of redemption.
Of hope.
Our
role in this battle for hearts and minds:
* Producing
or co-producing at least one film for theatrical distribution a year.
In addition to bringing "Mark's Gospel as told by Max McLean" to video,
we recently produced the indie drama one day
in may co-starring Maria Bellantoni
(ER, Law & Order), John-Paul Lavoisier (One Life to Live) and Chrisie
Penna.

willing, we've got Big plans for 2003.)
* Script
writing/story consulting -- If you're not a writer, we'd be thrilled
to help turn your compelling movie idea into an actionable script. We're
also available to analyze your story for potential weaknesses -- before
the camera rolls. (Among other projects, our first 16 mm documentary, "The
Steel", was honored for "Achievement in Concept, Script and Originality",
while one day in may recently
won "Most Creative Story Line" at the WYSIWYG Film Festival.)
* Video
ministry -- We want to help as many churches, family-friendly ministries
and companies as possible discover the power of digital video, flash presentations,
streaming media and DVD - and help them use these new forms of communication.
For fundraising. Teaching. Raising awareness about important issues. Or
presenting the Gospel in a fresh way. (Our first fundraising video helped
a New Jersey church raise $2.5 million during their building campaign!)
Of
course, it's not about money or awards. It's about telling stories that
ultimately win hearts to Jesus -- our Savior.
