Internships
Available
Double-Edged is pleased to offer internships to qualified college juniors
and seniors. Who do we consider qualified? Those who:

hunger
for God. People say you're honest, respectful, courteous -- and eager. |
| • |
Have
a strong interest in film and digital video and/or
a
basic understanding of HTML and/or non linear editing. |
| • |
You've
written, produced and/or participated in one homemade/school film, video
or stage production. |
| • |
Serve/served
on your college newspaper, television, website or radio station. |
Here are some of your potential tasks:
| • |
Helping
design web pages for movie and video projects. |
| • |
Assisting
and shooting digital video and/or 16 mm film cameras. |
| • |
Assisting
and editing using an AVID non linear system |
| • |
Studying
and suggesting future film, video and technology purchases |
| • |
Attending/participating
in story idea and brainstorming sessions that attempt to communicate Biblical
truth. |
| • |
Interact
with youth pastors and Christian camp leaders |
| • |
Reading
scripts and learning how to write coverage. |
| • |
Performing
various office tasks as needed. |
| • |
Attend
and, by the end of your internship, lead, a small, biweekly Bible study. |
